The program trained 150 students, with high attendance and completion rates, significantly improving their technical knowledge and employability. Many students secured internships and job placements, benefiting from mentorship and career guidance. GSF NGO plans to expand the initiative to other regions, integrating advanced courses and strengthening industry collaborations to enhance future employment prospects.
