EMRI Green Health Services, formerly GVK EMRI, is India’s leading emergency medical service provider, operating under a Public-Private Partnership (PP Read moreP) model. It delivers fast, reliable, and high-quality emergency care through its integrated response system, which connects individuals to assistance via the toll-free numbers 108 and 112. Upon receiving a call, it promptly assesses the situation, dispatches ambulances equipped with trained Emergency Medical Technicians, and ensures safe transport to appropriate healthcare facilities. Over nearly two decades, the 108 service has become synonymous with efficiency and compassionate emergency care across its operational states in India. Expanding its impact, EMRI Green Health Services integrates research and analytics into its operations, strengthening emergency response and law enforcement support. It has broadened its outreach through specialised helplines and targeted assistance programs, leveraging its expertise in emergency medical services. Its first international initiative, the 1990 Suwa Seriya Emergency Response Service, was launched in Sri Lanka in collaboration with the Sri Lankan government and supported by a grant from India. The program has been widely recognised for its effectiveness, prompting approval for nationwide expansion.
