Under Prerna’s leadership, the organization has championed smart education by deploying smart classes and distributing Shiksha tablets, alongside supporting PM‑WANI and RailWire Saathi initiatives to foster digital inclusion in rural and underserved areas. In healthcare, the Society operates mobile van clinics, establishes ward rooms at community health centers, and runs key efforts like Project Vanita for menstrual hygiene awareness, Project Poshan for nutrition in slums, Sakhi Satchel for ASHA workers, and Project Nir, which ensures safe drinking water. It also promotes public wellness via open‑air gyms and Khelo India sports initiatives supported through tee‑shirt distribution.
