Promoted by the Government of Madhya Pradesh and supported by central financial institutions, CEDMAP is an ISO 9001:2015‑certified nodal agency under the Department of MSME. It operates across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, with its head office in Bhopal, six regional training centres, and 68 district-level centres. With over 34 years of solid experience, CEDMAP has set benchmarks in entrepreneurship development, skill upgradation, and livelihood generation. Its vision is to foster innovation, inclusion, and sustainable economic growth by enabling equal opportunities for self-employment—a vision realized through a broad mandate to deliver entrepreneurship training, consultancy, research, financial inclusion, and manpower services. CEDMAP's core services include incubation (notably in food processing), training and capacity-building across aspiring and existing entrepreneurs, career counselling, research and impact evaluation, and entrepreneurial hand-holding. It also provides marketing support through trade fairs and digital platforms.
