The C.A.P.S. 2025 (Commerce Aptitude for Startups) was a landmark initiative by ESG CS Foundation under its C.A.S.T. Project, aimed at transforming commerce education for 11th & 12th standard students. It made learning highly engaging, practical, skill-oriented, and deeply integrated with AI applications in commerce.

The program reached 1300 students and 40 teachers from 30 towns, creating awareness about professional courses (CA, CMA, CS, Law, etc..) and startup opportunities. It featured career guidance, an interactive quiz, cash prizes worth ₹20,000 for top performers, free CSEET mentorship for 250 students, and distribution of a 200-page Commerce Career Awareness book to all participants. Winners and teachers also received the special booklet “LearningALot of Commerce, as a Company Secretary” focused on embedding AI in commerce studies.

This inaugural event marks the beginning of a series, with C.A.R.E.S 2026 planned as the next phase for real-career empowerment in startups.
