The Programme adopts a systemic and iterative approach to transition institutions from foundational structures to excellence across six strategic pillars suggested by Ministry of Education's Concept Note on Empowering DIETs as Centres of Excellence.
The Institutional Strengthening Programme has significantly strengthened the capacity, planning, monitoring, and academic leadership of DIETs across Rajasthan. The launch of the RSCERT Monitoring Dashboard enabled 22 DIETs to achieve 100% data completion on the portal and facilitated tracking of 100% of planned activities across pillar-wise calendars. All 33 DIETs are now independently implementing annual work plans, contributing to improved quality in selected elementary schools, while 387 faculty members have been trained to effectively execute annual blueprints. Further strengthening institutional ownership, 6 DIETs have developed pillar-based specialisation strategies in areas including inclusive education, teacher empowerment, ICT, mul

The Data Analytics Programme strengthened the quality and preparedness of Pre-Service Teachers (PSTs) across 22 Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) through syllabus-aligned content, self-paced learning, practical teaching opportunities, and leadership development. Practical teaching capacity was strengthened through a Teaching Plan Competition with SCERT Uttarakhand, engaging 430 PSTs across all 13 DIETs and 6 B.Ed. colleges, and a Question Making Competition that empowered 438 PSTs to apply Bloom’s Taxonomy to assessment design through the Akrava App.
