An integrated women’s health initiative focused on menstrual hygiene, cervical health and preventive care for girls and women in underserved communities. The program combines community and institutional awareness workshops with access to sanitary products, menstrual-health education, cervical-cancer awareness and screening, and support for period-friendly infrastructure. Through sustained grassroots engagement, the initiative has reached 15,662 girls and women, conducted 110 workshops, distributed 95,375 sanitary pads, installed 55 sanitary-pad vending machines, supported 1,000 Pap-smear tests with reports, and supported 20 period-friendly toilets.

Mission Jeet is a menstrual-hygiene and women’s livelihood initiative that makes affordable sanitary pads available to communities while creating earning opportunities for women. Under the model, women in villages participate in the distribution of menstrual-hygiene products, helping improve access to essential products while generating an income opportunity for themselves. Approximately 50 women continue to be associated with the livelihood model, linking menstrual health, dignity and women’s economic participation.

An ongoing grassroots program providing health awareness, menstrual-hygiene education and preventive-health sensitization to students in underprivileged schools and under-resourced madrasas. The program focuses particularly on adolescent girls and students with limited access to health information, helping them understand menstruation, hygiene, reproductive health and healthy practices in a safe and supportive environment. ALDAA also supports institutions in developing period-friendly and dignified facilities where required. The program has reached approximately 150 schools and madrasas since 2019 across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and continues through community and institutional engagement.

An awareness and sensitization program focused on prevention of sexual harassment, child protection, consent and safe institutional environments. ALDAA conducts POSH and POCSO awareness sessions for organizations, institutions and communities, with selected sessions provided on a pro-bono basis for underprivileged and resource-constrained organizations. The program aims to strengthen awareness of rights, responsibilities, prevention measures and appropriate responses, helping create safer environments for women and children. ALDAA has conducted 10+ pro-bono awareness sessions for underprivileged and resource-constrained organizations.

An education-support initiative for economically disadvantaged girls who may otherwise struggle to continue their education. ALDAA Foundation supports eligible girls with school fees, college fees, coaching fees and other essential educational expenses, based on their financial circumstances and available supporting documentation such as an income certificate or BPL-related documentation. The program currently supports approximately 10 girls. The initiative is based on the belief that educating a girl contributes to an educated and more empowered family and community.
