Rural Development initiative
The Rural Development initiative encompasses various goals: elevating the standard of living and economic well-being of rural residents, reducing poverty by facilitating access to self-employment and skilled wage opportunities, empowering unemployed youth through skill development, soft skills, and entrepreneurship training, improving healthcare services, promoting environmental sustainability, enhancing education quality with modern technology, offering financial and technical support, aiding traditional artisans, supporting government rural development schemes, uplifting tribal and backward communities, addressing social injustice against women and children, and implementing pre and post-disaster mitigation efforts.

Clothes/educational items distribution drive
The organisation continuously gathers both gently used and new clothing items to distribute to less fortunate individuals in rural communities lacking adequate clothing. Additionally, it also maintains an Educational Items Bank catering to children. It collects contributions from generous donors and ensures a year-round distribution of these essential goods to needy and underprivileged children.

A program dedicated to Menstrual Hygiene Management. Its primary objective is to educate girls about menstruation before they experience menarche, helping them comprehend the biological changes. The program also aims to provide adolescent girls and women with essential knowledge on safe menstrual practices, promote freedom from social taboos, and ensure access to information, safe menstrual absorbents, water, sanitation, hygiene, and proper disposal of used menstrual products.

An awareness program addressing Sexual Harassment and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) management. The session covered various aspects, including women's sexual harassment, its different forms and occurrences, types, consequences, recommended actions, legal avenues, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder management. During the discussion it was revealed that 43% of the girls had experienced abuse at least once in their lives, with the majority of cases involving outsiders. Subsequently, counseling sessions were provided to girls who had undergone traumatic experiences.

SETONA
The S E T O N A Project aims to raise awareness and educate the community about Mother and Child Health (MCH) and the accessibility of MCH schemes and services offered by the Government. This comprehensive community health program focuses on providing primary healthcare awareness and services for mothers and children. Its key aspects and salient features include promoting awareness about Mother and Child Health, educating on low-cost nutrition and food preparation for expectant mothers and children, providing guidance on pregnancy do's and don'ts, offering information on immunization and vaccination, educating on infant care, promoting cleanliness and hygiene awareness, informing the community about various MCH schemes and government services, conducting general health check-ups, distributing innerwear to girls and women, and providing essential infant accessories.

Women and Child Development program
The Women and Child Development program encompasses a range of objectives: equipping women with skills for income-generating activities, delivering integrated services for child and maternal health, providing training to asset-less women, empowering women for employment and self-employment, offering daycare services for children, supporting street children through shelters, nutrition, healthcare, and education, ensuring quality education for underprivileged girls, raising awareness about child and maternal health issues, fortifying against social injustices to women and children, providing comprehensive services for children and adolescents, empowering adolescent girls, and offering support to women facing difficult circumstances, enabling them to live dignified lives.

Integrated Program for Welfare of Women and Children (IPWWC)
It has been more than a year since the launch of our Integrated Program for Welfare of Women and Children (IPWWC). The organisation serves 45 children with three complete meals daily (including breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
The women are trained to craft bamboo brooms. With a small initial investment from the organisation, the women are able to kickstart their bamboo broom business. These women, who once relied on various unfair means for their livelihoods, are now self-sufficient, proud, and capable of producing and selling 100-200 bamboo brooms daily.
The non-formal education center has earned recognition as a Special Training Centre under the National Child Labour Project (NCLP) in Kamrup(M). The organisation has expanded this program to three new areas: Dharbam, 2no Robingaon, and Paschim Killing in the Kamrup district. The organisation implements the Child Nutrition Program, Garden Cultivation and Management, Life Skills, and Self-Employability Training in the schools.
Milestones & Track Record
Priyobondhu has established multiple schools including Priyobondhu Bohumukhi Bidyalay, gained recognition as a Special Training Centre under the National Child Labour Project, and expanded its programs to several areas in Assam including Narengi, 2 no. Robingaon, Dharbam, and Paschim Killing.
