It is a drug and alcohol de-addiction cum rehabilitation centre. It is based on the International Labour Organization's (ILO) module for rehabilitating addicts, in which patients are chosen following a thorough assessment of their aptitude and capacity. They are subsequently enrolled in various job-oriented programs where they receive training to hone their specialized skill sets.
