Shubham initiated a Rehabilitation and Outreach Program in 1996, focused on providing income-generating opportunities for people with disabilities, who produce incense sticks on daily wages, with the NGO handling the product's marketing. They also conducted Diagnostic, Distribution, and Awareness Camps for specially-abled individuals, particularly in rural areas where a large portion of the population lives below the poverty line. The program aimed to raise awareness, provide disability identification, and distribute special aids and appliances like hearing aids, tricycles, wheelchairs, and more. Shubham's efforts extend to reaching specially-abled individuals in rural areas, working towards community-based rehabilitation for various types of physically challenged persons. So far, over 8000 disabled individuals have benefited from this program.
