Ank's 'Getting Girls to Code' campaign supports female emancipation and gender equality. Their "Getting Girls to Code" (GGC) initiative closes the gender gap in the tech sector by giving girls in-depth training in digital marketing and preparing them for success. ANK promotes chances in the IT industry in an effort to divert ladies from following conventional career routes. Web design, SEO, graphic design, and other topics are covered in the six-month GGC course, which also promotes industry exposure through CSR involvement. ANK is of the opinion that providing females with education and skills alters not just their lives but also the lives of society as a whole. ANK works to promote employment opportunities, a more inclusive future, and national growth by preventing child marriage.

"Project Arya," an effort of ANK, is dedicated to the empowerment and skill-building of rural women. The programme gives women soft skills training, computer literacy training, and practical training in areas like cutting and tailoring because it recognises the crucial role that women play in socioeconomic advancement. The facility provides computer training, sewing instruction, and extensive soft skill training in manners, communication, personality development, and goal-setting. The centre, which is funded by Hero Cycles, aims to improve talents for independent livelihoods and better futures. The project helps close gender gaps, encourage women to enter the workforce, and give them more authority in patriarchal societies. In line with the National Policy on Skill Development and promoting progress in rural areas, ANK's comprehensive approach promotes financial independence and societal advancement.

ANK has incorporated health efforts into all projects since 2006 because it understands how important good health is for learning and living a fulfilling life. Children are screened for a variety of conditions during regular health camps in ANK centres, including impairments, eye difficulties, dental health, and nutritional inadequacies. The group coordinates economical procedures and assistive devices for people with disabilities like cleft lip, eye problems, and general limitations. ANK works to combat the stigma associated with disabilities by offering supports and therapies, especially for disadvantaged kids. To promote a healthier, more empowered society, they place an emphasis on fair access to healthcare through routine health camps that address problems like malaria and vector-borne diseases.
