The Anusandhan Foundation actively engages in Consultancy, Training, and Research, focusing on productivity enhancement programmes for various industries. With a tripartite structure that includes representation from Employers, Trade Unions, and Individuals/Institutions, it provides training in Productivity, Quality, and Human Resource Development. Its training aims to foster a positive work culture, strengthen employee-employer relationships, and enhance productivity across industries and sectors. Anusandhan Foundation addresses the challenges of rural healthcare in India, where over 70 per cent of the population lacks access to quality medical facilities. The organisation acknowledges issues like inadequate infrastructure, shortage of qualified medical staff, and limited medicines, contributing to high mortality rates. Despite Governmental efforts, implementation gaps persist, including insufficient medical personnel in primary healthcare centres. The private health sector dominates, especially in urban areas, but its drawbacks include cost and variable quality. Recognizing the urgency to enhance rural healthcare, the Foundation emphasizes technology's role, particularly information and communications technology, as a potential solution to bridge gaps in accessibility, quality, and awareness, thus improving healthcare outcomes for rural populations.

Anusandhan Foundation actively promotes literature through initiatives like KAVI SAMMELAN and KAVYA GOSTHI, as well as by publishing books and articles by emerging writers and literature enthusiasts. Its efforts encompass numerous literary programmes aimed at supporting newcomers in the field. The organisation offers diverse platforms for writers, including book writing, stage performances, TV and radio appearances, web portals, and social media engagement, all of which contribute to the promotion of literature and budding talents on a national scale.

Anusandhan Foundation is addressing urban slum challenges through free education for around 350 disadvantaged children in Yamuna Khadar (New Delhi). This initiative not only provides livelihood support but breaks the cycle of hardship by offering education, vital for improved life prospects. The Foundation recognizes that education is the path to better livelihoods, countering the reality that slum dwellers prioritize immediate income over education. Lack of education limits social mobility and skill development. Anusandhan Foundation's efforts underscore the importance of mandatory education and skill development in slum areas, including specialized institutes for language, computer, and essential lessons alongside traditional education. This comprehensive approach has the potential to uplift underprivileged communities for a brighter future.
