Health Programme
CARE India improves access to quality healthcare for marginalised communities, with a focus on maternal and child health, disease identification and treatment. It uses indication-based methods to strengthen health systems, support policy reforms, and use technology for data collection and management. Its efforts have led to a reduction in maternal and neonatal mortality rates.

Education Programme
Its Girl Education Program (GEP) aims to provide quality education to needy children, particularly girls, for empowerment. It follows the Right to Education Act and National Education Policy and offers programmes like Kanya Sampoorna, STEM Laboratories, and Udaan. Udaan provides self-learning workbooks to out-of-school girls aged 11-14. GEP aims to create inclusive and safe learning ecosystems for lasting change.

Livelihood Programme
CARE India's Livelihood programme supports women in agriculture, small enterprises, and labour to build secure livelihoods and come out of poverty. It uses novel initiatives to improve skills, build properties, and engage local bodies. The project focuses on agriculture, livestock, and institution building to promote viable practices and a positive outlook towards farmers, especially women.

Disaster Management Programme
Its Disaster Management initiative provides quick and helpful relief measures to regions affected by natural calamities through readiness, response, recovery, and rehabilitation. It arranges for long-term engagement with affected communities to summarise yearly risks and improve their alertness. Additionally, it uses post-disaster recovery programming to increase the resistance of infrastructure and people to future threats.
