DCVS, a national NGO, has been a prominent organization for the past 30 years, focusing on counselling, guidance, and creating awareness about global Read morejob opportunities. It is recognized by the Government of India and has been involved in policy research, conducting mass awareness generation programs on crucial issues, and providing skill development training for the upliftment and rehabilitation of disadvantaged sections of society. The NGO holds the status of a recognized Vocational Training Provider (VTP) under the Skill Development Initiative (SDI) Scheme by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. It is empanelled as a Skill Training Provider under various initiatives like Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojna National Urban Livelihood Mission (DAYNULM) and Uttarakhand Skill Development Mission (UKSDM). DCVS is also recognized by several government bodies, including ZMDTC, KVIC, Delhi Minorities Commission, and the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), to conduct various Skill Development Training Programs. It is also affiliated with the training and technical education department of the Government of NCT of Delhi. It has also gained empanelment with the National CSR Hub at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, for engaging in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and delivering Skill Development training in livelihood programs.
