FXB India Suraksha employs the FXBVillage methodology, a sustainable, community-based approach to lift 80-100 families, totalling around 500 individuals, out of extreme poverty. Over three years, participants develop life skills, supported by grants for income-generating activities. FXBIS funds 100% in the first year, decreasing to 75% in the second year, and a shared 50% in the third year, fostering participants' physical, financial, and social independence. The programme ensures essential aspects like livelihood, shelter, health, and education, with a commitment to eradicating child labour. Predominantly empowering women, FXBVillage extends its impact to remote areas across India, fostering socio-economic sustainability and dignity.
