Core practices include Sama Vedic Dhyana and Jeevana Tattva Sadhana, complemented by visits to diverse places and activities. Founded by 1972 IIT Delhi graduates, the organisation initiated rural interventions in Uttarakhand's Silanga village, expanding to Mehalchauri, Hargad, and others. Creating Creativity, Library, and Computer Centers in Silanga, IQF collaborates with 'W' for an eco-friendly project. Mind-Power workshops inspired by Vedanta uplift rural children in Uttarakhand. To uplift slum children's well-being, IQF introduced programmes focusing on education, health, and nutrition. In Kusumpur Pahadi and Khoda Colony, kids receive academic coaching, spiritual empowerment, and supplementary nutrition. Guided meditation aids academic improvement, and basic health services boost local residents' wellness. Notably, some students secured admissions to renowned schools through the Delhi Government's Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category, mitigating risks and nurturing their physical, mental, and spiritual growth.

  • Exchange Programme

In the annual Exchange Programme, Delhi school students visit rural Uttarakhand for an immersive experience in its spiritual culture. This offers exposure to rural life, fostering resilience and cultural understanding. Engaging in activities like tree planting, cleanliness drives, and local music and dance, students learn to navigate challenges, appreciate limited resources, and find joy in serving others. This journey enriches their lives and contributes positively to the local community.
