    Training in vocational skills aimed at fostering work opportunities is vital for intellectually challenged adults, yet such opportunities remain scarce. Muskaan recognizes the transformative potential of employment in enhancing quality of life, and through our persistent efforts, we have successfully secured work placements for adults across a spectrum of disabilities, from severe to mild.

    Our experience has revealed three avenues through which employment can be realized:
