Operating two education centres in Gurugram, Shiksha endeavours to admit every child aged between 4 and 12 who applies. The centres offer a completely free education, including uniforms, books, reading materials, and a mid-day meal. Given that many students come from families of migrant labourers, struggling for livelihood, the focus is on instilling lifelong habits. Shiksha provides scholarships to outstanding students, supporting their education beyond the centres. Notably, this year's SHIKSHA graduates have secured admission, with several receiving full scholarships, to various formal schools such as Lady Florence Public School, CR Model School, Bachpan Smart School, I CAN Public School, Mother Angel School, Delhi Public School, Wazirabad Sr. Secondary Government School, and Jharsa Sr. Secondary Government School.
