SPOWAC and a partnering organization have launched a project in Dwarka's Sec-1 slums, designed to engage children in informal learning activities. This initiative aims to foster cognitive development and discover hidden talents among the children. The project involves selecting a theme, creating a wall-mounted tree, and having the children illustrate a corresponding story. Additionally, a mini library named "Wall-O-Books" is established, encouraging children to contribute stories and study materials. Children take on leadership roles, managing the library, documenting decisions, and planning for the future.

The PC-PNDT Act was enacted in India to combat female foeticide and address the declining sex ratio by prohibiting prenatal sex determination. SPOWAC actively engages in implementing this legislation at the grassroots level. Its objectives encompass creating awareness, training nodal officers on PC-PNDT, and reducing female foeticide. The initiative targets Anganwadi workers, pregnant women, and all females. It involves organising workshops, seminars, surveys, and documentation to systematically address the issue. SPOWAC maintains close collaborations with healthcare centres, monitors local diagnostic facilities, and takes legal action against violators. Continual monitoring of pregnancy outcomes, abortions, and expectant mothers is a key aspect.
