"Supreme Task General Hospital & Community Health: Supreme Task General Hospital and Netraniketan Eye Care Centre in Odisha offer comprehensive healthcare services, addressing the lack of access to eye care. They provide quality eye care, including surgeries, with modern surgical instruments. The hospital also aims to improve overall healthcare delivery and eliminate preventable blindness in the marginalized and deprived communities of Bolangir district. Supreme Task College of Nursing: The Supreme Task College of Nursing, located in Odisha, was established in April 2021 to provide comprehensive nursing education and practical exposure to students. It aims to develop skilled and compassionate nursing professionals who can make a positive impact in the healthcare sector.

"The primary focus of STIS is to provide quality education to children from low-income communities in various parts of Delhi, India. The students enrolled at STIS come from low-income backgrounds, with many being first-generation learners who have limited access to quality education due to social challenges like alcoholism, drug abuse, and severe gender discrimination. In addition to education, the school places great importance on holistic development to create emotional stability. The aim is to create an environment where students can excel and grow, preparing them not just for exams but also for building their character and careers.

Furthermore, involving parents in the education process is vital to creating a support system and an effective learning atmosphere. STIS encourages parents to participate in their children's activities and engage with the school.

Strategic Leadership Summit: It is an annual leadership summit known as the "Strategic Leadership Summit." Through an application process and by reaching out to community leaders and teachers from their existing database, STI invite selected individuals to attend the summit. During this event, Supreme Task shares its vision and present plans for the year. At the summit's conclusion, applications are invited from leaders interested in partnering with Supreme Task to implement 30-day training programs and other development projects in their local areas. This summit serves as a platform to identify suitable partners for project implementation throughout the year.

Training the trainers: Supreme Task Development Training (STDT) conducts a 30-day "Training the Trainer" program annually to improve teaching skills and identify capable educators. Their trainers are well-versed in the methodology for Development Training, focusing on practical lessons.

To address the increasingly prevalent and pressing concerns among youth like drug/alcohol abuse, pornography, materialism, education disparity, and school/college violence, an Encounter Youth Club has been established. The club aims to reach out to students and young professionals in Delhi through counselling, aiming to tackle and minimize these problems and challenges. The mission of the Encounter Youth Club is to inspire and empower youth, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to realize their potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. Regular meetings and retreats have been organized for the past four years as part of this initiative.

Women Empowerment Programme (WEP) has a primary focus on uplifting women, especially those from marginalized communities, to improve their living conditions and access basic education and counselling programs to improve quality of life. The program addresses various issues affecting women, including protection from domestic violence (physical, sexual, mental, verbal, or emotional), human trafficking for sexual exploitation prevention, dowry harassment, and preventing sex selection leading to female feticide through pre-conception and pre-natal diagnostic techniques. It enables women by raising awareness about their rights and entitlements, empowering them to create and maintain secure, inclusive, and gender-responsive environments. The goal of the programme is to groom a cadre of empowered women who become change agents in their respective spaces, by carrying values of inclusion, mutual respect, and equality.

Supreme Task undertook relief distribution efforts to assist the underprivileged on different occasions. In December, 2017, with the support of leaders and sponsors they distributed blankets and warm clothes to over 100 people in Sibtala village, Balangir, Odisha, and Delhi. Their focus was on widows and destitute, irrespective of caste or religion, to protect them from the harsh winter.

In April, 2020, Supreme Task responded to the Covid-19 crisis by providing dry ration and Covid-19 kits to over 250 families, benefiting 1225 individuals in West Delhi areas including Dabri, Dabri extension, Durga Park, Mahavir Enclave-2, and Naseerpur. Daily wage laborers and slum dwellers, regardless of caste or religion, were the main beneficiaries. The organization supported them to

Literacy centre: Works to enrol out-of-school children in formal education and provide free basic education and awareness on hygiene and nutrition, supply educational materials and nutritious food and conduct periodic medical check-ups to deprived children in slums and villages.

Smash Hunger: Addresses the issue of child malnutrition in India. The project provides free meals to around 7,000 children daily at 50 centres in 7 states, promoting unity among children of different backgrounds. It also provides nutritious food to pregnant and lactating mothers, aiming to improve their nutritional status during critical periods.

Children Home: Supreme Task India operates Children Home in the Balangir District of Odisha. Since 2016, it provides care and support to orphans, semi-orphans and street children from poor families. The goal is to offer quality education, healthcare, protection from harm and abuse, and emergency aid. Dedicated staff, including social workers, caregivers, and teacher.
