Our goal is to uplift young adults by empowering them instead of controlling them, integrating those from underprivileged and marginalised communities Read more into society, and assisting them in becoming economically and socially responsible members of both India's and the global community. Underachievers, dropouts, and school-age children make up UVCT's priority target demographic. The mission statement of UVCT is to "find ways and means" to empower people rather than manage them so that they can become "assets of human resources" and reduce the global "burden of the population."

    An educational programme that links development and welfare with a focus on public and government school students. Principal tasks carried out as part of PRERANA project: Outreach initiatives: The UVCT team visits schools and gives general awareness presentations on new job opportunities and teenage psychosocial concerns. Participants in these programmes also take out a Problems Identification Questionnaire. analysis of each student's data to create a set of recommendations based on unique issues
