The inaugural Hemodialysis Center on Amini Island, part of Lakshadweep, was founded by Thanal. This facility delivers advanced and cost-free dialysis services to the marginalized population of the Amini group of Islands. The project, realized in just 11 months, enabled patients from Kavaratti and the mainland to resume dialysis treatments, including one patient who reunited with loved ones after 2.5 years.

The organisation manages the 1098 emergency helpline service available at all times. It conducts awareness programmes in schools, offers legal assistance to children while working to strengthen the POCSO Act, provides guidance to parents and educators, and holds seminars for law enforcement and Government personnel. Alongside these efforts, the organisation implements nutritional programmes, school health projects, and educational activities.

This initiative includes palliative medicines, rehab aids like oxygen concentrators, skilled medical personnel and volunteers. Collaborations with Pallium India nationally and Australiasian Palliative Link internationally, as well as Project Hamrahi (2013-2016). It also offers primary care in Kiltan, Kadmat, Amini, and palliative units in Kalpeni, Agatti, and Androth. Additional services include bathing, nail cutting, and hairdressing, along with end-of-life care, promoting natural passing, and bereavement support.
