The organisation helps form child clubs and parents committees at village level to foster awareness among the parents regarding issues related to child labour. It ensures protection of child rights through collective effort and rapport building with local self-governance structures which include the child clubs, to control child abuse cases. Further, the organisation provides for education to the rescued child and in case the child does not adjust well the focus is on skill development and training. It also includes a programme 'The Hope' which provides for a temporary shelter to children. Ananya includes 3293 members from 58 villages in Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Kandhamal, Mayurbhanj and Keonjhar district of Odisha state to be a part of child clubs and parent committees.
