    Utkal Bipanna Sahayata Samiti celebrated Bal Sanskar Prativa Sanmman-2024 to recognize children's talents from Bal Sanskar Kendra in Bhubaneswar. 305 children participated in various competitions, inaugurated by notable guests. The closing ceremony featured patriotic songs and speeches, with special thanks to organizers. Additionally, Sanskar Kendra operates 36 centers in Bhubaneswar, with plans to expand to 50 by year-end. They donated 17 laptops to Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandirs, aiding educational advancement in underprivileged communities.
