Adishakti's early research in traditional theatre, music, and movement led to a practical physical performance language, encompassing voice training, Kalaripayattu, psychological expression, and rhythm. Despite its performance focus, it dedicates daily efforts to research, creating a discipline that enhances actors' physical, vocal, and psychological expression, rooted in Indian knowledge such as Kalaripayattu and Koodiyattam breath techniques. Since 2001, it has fostered cross-cultural exchanges, revitalizing performance as a bridge between diverse knowledge systems. This research led to SOPE workshops, making traditional knowledge accessible to contemporary artists, and enriching performances with breath mastery.
