The project encompasses various activities aimed at ensuring the health, well-being, education, and empowerment of Children Living with HIV/AIDS (CLHAs). ARK was started in 2013, with a mission of catering to the needs of 25 HIV/ AIDS infected adult orphans. Jerome Selvaraj and Priyadharshini initiated the establishment this shelter with a personal contribution of Rs. 2.50 lakhs. VISION To inspire, instill hope, and pave new paths for children affected by HIV/AIDS, enabling them to lead dignified lives. Activities of the Project: 1. Shelter and Food 2. Health Care 3. Social Security Aims to control the growth of AIDS ARK employs advocacy as a fundamental approach, collaborating closely with governmental and non-governmental agencies to implement preventive and aggressive strategies for controlling the growth of AIDS. Fights for the betterment of HIV-Infected People "ARK India Service Society" actively engages in the betterment of individuals infected with AIDS, coordinating with government agencies to identify those unaware of the disease. Providing proper care, medication, counselling, and awareness programs are essential components of their efforts. Provides Shelter for Orphaned Kids ARK recognizes the challenges faced by orphaned children and strives to provide them opportunities to acquire skills and knowledge. The organization emphasizes the importance of education, decision-making, and future preparation. Creates Awareness about HIV Dedicated to continuous awareness creation, ARK conducts various programs within ARK Home. The organization aims to shelter 25 orphans, including those affected by HIV/AIDS, in the coming years. Special attention is given to their nutritional needs, education, and medical care.
