YRGCARE's "ACCELERATE" initiative aims to offer Technical Assistance (TA) to the HIV/AIDS programmes at the national, state, and district levels in India. This is being done under PEPFAR directives, with support from USAID and partnership with NACO. With a general emphasis on vulnerable populations and High-Risk groups, Project ACCELERATE helps NACO fill in programming gaps. The programme implements OVC activities in all 33 PEPFAR cluster districts in India, which are spread across the states of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Nagaland, Manipur, and Mizoram. It focuses on the entire HIV cascade in high-burden PEPFAR cluster districts in the states of Maharashtra (Thane, Pune) and Telangana (Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Mahbubnagar, Karimnagar, Nalgonda).

Camp Rainbow
For kids living with HIV and other chronic illnesses, YRGCARE has partnered with SeriousFun Children's Network to create Camp Rainbow. It is a psychosocial intervention that is given via camp, offering CLHIV and their families a special chance to take part in camp activities and HIV education. They are intended to focus on serious fun while also improving the campers' adherence to treatment, medication, and nutrition to enhance their quality of life—all at no cost. Our camps are often hospital-based programmes, day camps, residential camps, and camps for children with HIV and cancer who are receiving in-patient care along with their families.
