Programs

  • Hostel

Kalyan Ashram began its journey by opening a hostel, and anyone may see the work of Kalyan Ashram by considering the accomplishments and operations of a hostel. We currently operate 238 hostels nationwide, 48 of which are specifically for girls. In these hostels, 7320 boys and girls are enrolled in classes. In addition to providing education, hostels offer a favourable environment for fostering values. It is important to note that a large number of kids from remote, rural regions in the northeast travel to study in hostels located in various cities across our nation. Education fosters a sense of national solidarity through the provision of hostels.

  • Education

Every child has the right to an education, and isolated tribal places have a particular need for it. Even now, Janjaati youngsters must travel great distances for their education because there aren't as many schools. Another issue with the few schools that are offered is the quality of the education.

In addition to the government, a large number of social organisations are also involved in education in the Janjaati districts in various capacities. Many individuals believe that education is a subject of governance because of the British principles that were introduced to our nation. In actuality, however, Indian thinking holds that society must ensure that everyone has easy access to high-quality education.
