    Child Help Foundation provides emergency medical support to underserved children suffering from serious medical conditions, including congenital heart defects and cancer, and ensures they receive the necessary treatment. It also supports children affected by HIV, maternal malnutrition, and mortality. Additionally, the Foundation works to prevent under-five mortality by promoting institution delivery and breastfeeding campaigns.

    Child Help Foundation promotes access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene. It aims to build practical and useful toilets in schools and villages in urban, rural, and tribal areas, as well as raise awareness of hygiene and sanitation practices. It also promotes hygiene education activities to ensure the sustainability of the program. The goal is to make sure all families in a village have children's and family latrines.

    The Foundation is committed to reducing malnutrition and infant mortality rates in India. It adopts entire villages to provide nutritious meals, observe physical parameters, give out supplements, and increase awareness levels. It has already successfully run a nutritional centre and dispensed multivitamins and deworming tablets. The programme includes baseline, midline, and endline reviews to supervise progress.

Impact

The Child Help Foundation has made an impact by providing medical support for cancer treatment, open heart surgery, liver, kidney, and bone marrow transplant to 347 children, fulfilling the nutritional needs of 8336 children, providing access to quality education to 104670 underprivileged children, providing skill development training to 1067 women, locating 5436 sanitation facilities and 3000 shelters under its programmes, while also providing support to 792 orphanages and receiving aid from over 2000 volunteers.
