GSLF's approach combines intensive classroom training with hands-on experience through On the Job Training (OJT), providing students with valuable skills for future employment opportunities.

    Grey Sim Learnings Foundation (GSLF) focuses on education through the establishment of Atal Tinkering Labs, catering to students in grades 5th to 8th. These labs serve as innovative learning spaces, fostering scientific curiosity and skills development among school children.

  • ITI Transformation Programme

    Grey Sim Learnings Foundation (GSLF) is dedicated to the transformation of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs). It achieves this by introducing contemporary skills such as IoT, Electric Vehicles, 3D printing, and Drone technology. GSLF provides training to both students and ITI trainers through state-of-the-art skill labs in selected ITIs. The organisation actively supports ITIs in facilitating placements, apprenticeships, on-the-job training, and a dual system of training. This comprehensive approach also involves guest lectures, industry visits, and vocational education counselling through Skill Rath, aimed at raising awareness among young individuals about ITIs and assisting them in the admission process.
