In 1996, the Lions N Read moreab Eye Hospital in Miraj extended its services to Sangli, catering to the preventable blindness affecting the disadvantaged in the vicinity. By 1999, the Lions Club of Sangli took charge of the entire centre, marking the inception of its eye hospital. Over 18 years, the hospital witnessed notable advancements, fulfilling its mission.
