Mukund Education Society

Mukund Education Society (MES) is involved in various healthcare initiatives, which include conducting awareness campaigns on issues such as malnutrition, maternal and infant care, and breastfeeding. Additionally, MES organises camps for the vaccination of girls, regular health check-ups, eye examinations, blood donation, cataract surgery, and haemoglobin check-ups. These efforts underline MES's commitment to promoting health and well-being within the community by addressing critical healthcare needs and raising awareness about essential health-related issues.

MES works on various socio-economic development projects, encompassing a range of activities, including tree plantation drives, self-employment training for women, self-defence training for women, raising awareness about preventing female infanticide, establishing family counselling centres, conducting legal aid workshops, organising agriculture development programs, water management workshops, promoting sanitation in villages, and creating awareness about global warming. These projects reflect MES's holistic approach to improving the socio-economic well-being of the community by addressing environmental, gender, legal, agricultural, and healthcare aspects, among others.

Mukund Education Society (MES) operates a comprehensive set of educational institutes, including a Stitching Training School and Montessori Training for women, a College of Medical Lab Technology, a College of Teacher's Education, a College of Nursing, and a College of Engineering.
