The Karmayogi Award ceremony is held in Delhi, while the ONE India Award ceremony takes place in Mumbai. Awardees receive a monetary grant of Rs. 1 Lakh and a formal felicitation. Notable recipients of the ONE India Award include Mr. P. T. Zamir, Mr. Madhukar Limaye, Mr. Nabam Atum, Ms. M C. Mary Kom, Ms. Patricia Mukhim, Mr. Bikram Bahadur Jamatia, Ms. Birubala Rabha, and Mr. Aribam Brajkumar Sharma. The Karmayogi Award has been conferred upon respected figures like Shri Deepak Barthakur, Mr. Zoram Begi, Mr. Natwar Bhai Thakkar, Dr. R. Lalthlengliana, Capt. Ashok, and Mrs. Angam Tipnis. These awards recognize and honour those who work tirelessly to promote the spirit of Indian unity in the North-Eastern region.

    My Home India annually organizes the North East Student Festival, NESt. Fest, since 2015. This festival serves as a platform to promote cultural and emotional understanding among fellow citizens throughout India. NESt. Fest's primary mission is to foster harmony and unity among diverse sections of society. It showcases the rich heritage of North East India, including traditional attire and festival dances. The event also aims to bridge the gap between the North East and the rest of India, providing a friendly environment for North-Eastern natives living away from their homeland. NESt. Fest is a celebration of cultural diversity and heritage, promoting a sense of togetherness among Indians.

    My Home India operates the Swasthya Seva Sadan initiative, also known as 'Janarogya Raksha.' This project focuses on providing healthcare support to economically disadvantaged individuals through free healthcare camps. To aid poor patients, the organisation offers short-term accommodation for both patients and their caretakers. Initially established in Silchar, Assam, the accommodation project, named 'Swasthya Seva Sadan,' has expanded its presence to Guwahati and Pune. As of June 2019, this initiative has benefitted over 60,000 individuals within just over a year. In addition to direct patient support, 'My Home India' has also extended voluntary assistance to numerous patients in need across various cities in India.
