Pipal Tree runs training institutes across India with an aim to train and enhance the skilled workforce in the construction sector. It works with marginalised school drop-out youth from villages, and provides free residential training for the skills along with on-site job opportunities through its staffing agency. It also ensure that all workers get social benefits such as PF, insurance, uniforms, safety kits and accommodation. This helps it address multiple problems related to improving the skilled workforce involved in construction while having a positive impact on the social-state of the workers.
