Pride India engages in Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD), focusing on ensuring children aged 0-6 years are healthy, well-nourished, intellectually curious, and socially confident. The ECCD programme employs a child-friendly, family-centred, and community-based approach, including home-based and centre-based interventions. Additionally, it supports the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) and operates model centres to promote best practices. With over 38 years of experience, Pride India has reached over 35,000 children, training NGO partners, Anganwadi workers, and volunteers. Recognizing urban challenges, it addresses issues in Navi Mumbai slums, aiming to empower 1500 children and 6000 community members to unlock their potential and combat social disparities. Through collaborative efforts, Pride India strives to create stable environments for children to thrive and become confident, skilled individuals.

Pride India conducts Health & Hygiene Awareness programs to educate women, adolescent girls, and school children about sanitation practices, encouraging them to use and maintain clean facilities at schools and in their communities. The initiative promotes better hygiene habits and emphasizes the importance of cleanliness in schools, homes, and villages to reduce disease prevalence. Community activities like cleanliness drives and kitchen garden promotion are also part of the program. Pride India's efforts extend to sensitizing 30 villages in Raigad on health best practices and providing 1200 families with kitchen garden kits for nutritious food cultivation. Additionally, their Relief Camps in Mahad Taluka of Raigad have benefited 37,800 individuals, focusing on areas such as Safe Motherhood, Family Planning, HIV/AIDS prevention, and Male Participation in Child Care.
