In 2010, we started the Reach & teach initiative. It is one of UPAY's primary program aimed at delivering excellent education and other important skills to children who are enrolled in schools but lack the resources to attend regularly, have dropped out of school, or lack other essential learning materials. Such issues are most common in rural areas, where schools are often located in remote locations, requiring students to walk great distances to attend daily school. In India, quality education comes at a cost, and poverty has become one of the biggest obstacles, leading many youngsters to view dropout as their only option. We try to reach out to such children and offer them high-quality education so that no children are deprived of his or her basic right to education. The results of this initiatives have been remarkable.
Girls enrollment increased to 90 % in our learning centers .
Students are scoring record breaking marks ( highest is 94 %) in 10th and 12th Board examination.

In 2014, UPAY came with yet another remarkable concept of Footpath Shala. In India, more than 20 million people live as pavement dwellers among whom children are most vulnerable to heinous diseases. They are deprived of necessities of life like food, shelter, clothes and more importantly education. We provide such children with quality education to brighten their futures. Currently, 60 volunteers with around 500 children in 8 centres are enrolled in the Footpath Shala programme. We believe that education is the only medium through which we can bring a prosperous change in the life of an underprivileged community.
These children are enrolled through open schooling in NIOS.

The Project Shakti project began with the goal of raising awareness about sanitary pads and increasing their usage in rural and impoverished areas. It began in the year 2019. Unfortunately, only a small percentage of women in India utilize sanitary pads. In terms of percentages, it's less than 18%. This can lead to a variety of serious illnesses, including cervical cancer, urinary tract infection, and fungal infection, to name a few. Because of the patriarchal structure of society and orthodox thinking among the masses, many women in India lack vital understanding about sanitary pads, and their use is frequently neglected. We are continuously striving to assist women in overcoming such prejudiced views. We have impacted the lives of 500 women so far, and our goal is to reach every woman in India who lacks basic resources or is unaware of the need of using sanitary pads.
