The technique utilizes soil enhancement, close seedling spacing, and mulching to promote rapid tree growth and ecological resilience. By adopting the Miyawaki Method, it aims to enhance the environmental impact of its tree planting initiatives, fostering a thriving, forest-like environment in compact spaces, benefiting wildlife, air quality, and climate change mitigation.

Beyond technical skills, participants receive training in soft skills like financial literacy, personality development, and effective communication. The primary objective is to enhance their awareness of labour rights, ensuring they are well-prepared for future careers and greater financial independence through job placements.
