The Naina Dayal Foundation has undertaken diverse initiatives in Uttar Pradesh, such as influencing MLC election voting patterns, advocating for respect for the national flag, and enhancing university administration. It has mobilized public servants, promoted the Right to Information Act of 2005, and engaged in dialogue with key Governmental bodies, improving procedures in organisations like UGC and the Railway. It has also sensitized law enforcement, the Human Rights Commission, and the Health Department on various issues. The Foundation's work extends to welfare efforts for vulnerable groups, including women, children, the elderly, and SC/ST communities. Notably, it has organised programmes like 'Complete Body Donation' and hosted national and international seminars on human rights, discrimination in India, and the future of human rights, humanity, and culture in the emerging globalized world.

The Naina Dayal Foundation, through its chapter All Indian Rights Organization (AIRO), has launched two research journals. 'The Anthropos (A Journal of Human Spectrum)' aims to provide insights into the diverse aspects of humanity's lifestyle and is a collaborative effort of subject experts in humanities and literature. Meanwhile, 'Findings in Research-Journal of AIRO-NDF' is a highly reputable electronic journal that covers a wide range of subjects within humanities, social sciences, and legal studies. Both journals serve as valuable platforms for sharing empirical data and content analysis, contributing to academic and intellectual discourse. 'The Anthropos' seeks to define its role in the academic sphere, while 'Findings in Research' is published bi-annually, making significant contributions to research in these fields.
