The aim is to enhance income for marginalized and small farmers by forming their own organisations and producers' group. These farmers, with limited resources, often face challenges in diversifying crops due to price risks and inadequate marketing opportunities stemming from small farm sizes. Operating in Ramgarh district's Gola block, the initiative facilitated procurement of paddy, seeds, and farm equipment, and facilitated transactions through the ENAM portal. Noteworthy outcomes include financial benefits to registered farmers, issuance of E-Labour cards, mango orchard establishment, expanded irrigation, and increased earnings per FPC member.

Rural artisans and entrepreneurs in Ramgarh district's Gola, Dulmi, Chitarpur, and Ramgarh blocks are the primary beneficiaries. Awareness workshops, along with print, radio, and TV campaigns, are conducted to introduce energy conservation. Notably, the effort has enabled various businesses such as Xerox centres, silver jewellery crafting, sewing machines, common service centres, and more, to thrive, enhancing the region's green and clean energy landscape.
