Is one of the foundation's programmes targeted at youth in order to develop technological skills. The courses are technology-based, providing the students with digital literacy and designed for careers in e-commerce, logistics, retail, mobile payments, banking and finance, telecom, and other sectors.

Aims at delivering life skills to the students to prepare them for employment opportunities. It focuses on creating 21st-century professionals and imparts foundational teaching in modern technology, effective communication skills, demonstrating order thinking, problem-solving mindset, an ability to ask questions, self-learn and be resilient team players with high empathy quotient.

Building Entrepreneurs to Stop Human Trafficking (BEST)
The BEST initiative seeks to rehabilitate victims of human trafficking by developing their entrepreneurial skills. It offers a three-month training followed by getting placed in online opportunities to earn a livelihood. It ensures that gender equality is established empowering the women and girls rescued from human trafficking to integrate into mainstream society as contributing and productive citizens.

3D Printing for Development(3D4D)
The Foundation's 3D4D programme offers low-cost, lightweight, customized 3D prosthetic solutions for economically challenged amputees from slums and villages. In order to enhance the quality of these prosthetics, Anudip partners with Mahavir Seva Sadan and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, to develop affordable control systems for efficient prosthetics for upper body amputations.

Deep Tech
Deep Tech is the Foundation’s initiative to develop expert developers in the disciplines of software engineering, application framework development and application engineering. It imparts coaching in advanced languages like Java, Python, DotNet, Cloud, Spring Boat, Azure, AWS, UI framework and others. These courses ensure that the youth find employment with leading tech giants in the era of digital transformation.
