Dialogue in the Dark is a unique experience that takes place in complete darkness and puts the participants in everyday situations like crossing the road or going to the supermarket while being in complete darkness with an aim to awaken the senses and deepen self awareness. Further, it guides the participants to a new way of seeing the world through touch, hearing and smell. Since 2014, the organisation has accepted 300000 participants and has been able to create 1000 jobs for persons with disability in corporate sector. Additionally, ACE in partnership with National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) has launched the Take1 project which aims to allocate Rs.5000 crores in the hands of persons with disabilities through employment enhancing vocational skills for the differently abled, thus leading to the creation of sustainable livelihoods of 200000 disabled people over the next 10 years.
