Currently, 15 participants are undergoing training in glove-making, with the products utilized in various safety departments of Iron and Steel factories. Additionally, 65 members of self-help groups (SHGs) receive economic support for businesses such as fish selling, goat rearing, and vegetable selling. These initiatives have led to notable outcomes: women achieving economic self-sufficiency, improving their lifestyle and standard of living, reducing health hazards, freeing themselves from money lenders, increasing banking linkages, enhancing infant care, solidifying their role within the family, boosting solidarity and group confidence among women, and reducing malnutrition through improved access to nutritious food.
