    In the districts of Bankura in West Bengal state and Balangir, Jajpur, Kalahandi, Kendrapara, and Mayurbhanj in Odisha, the Social Transformation Economic Empowerment and Risk Re works. 54,490 people are covered by the households that the initiative began with. Without regard to gender, the project's vulnerable and underprivileged populations live dignified lives and exercise their rights.

    The project tackled the issues of gender-based violence and gender inequality that were present in the operational communities. unequal engagement in social, economic, and political life in the community as well as unequal access to services like elementary education and primary healthcare.

    The project aims to fortify the local institutions. Members of the organization strived to eradicate all types of discrimination against women, elevate their voices, and engage in decision-making forums that have long marginalized those subjected to discrimination. In addition, career counseling and vocational coaching, job development, and access to government social security programs were provided to women and youth.
