NOSKK collaborates as a partner in government initiatives, particularly focused on enhancing the livelihood prospects of the youth population and expanding employment and entrepreneurial opportunities under the West Bengal Skill Development Mission (WBDSM), overseen by the Honourable Chief Minister of West Bengal. Additionally, it engages with programs like "Utkarsh Bangla," a flagship initiative managed by PBSSD (Paschim Banga Sector of Skill Development) that offers placement-linked short-term skill training across West Bengal. Through these partnerships, NOSKK has effectively delivered diverse skill-building training programs to the young members of society. Here's a glimpse of the skill-building programs:
1. Domestic Data Entry (400 Hrs): Participants are trained in fundamental computer skills, DOS, WINDOWS 10, MICROSOFT OFFICE, etc.
2. Toto Driving: Instruction in the methods of driving Toto vehicles on roads.
3. Security Guard Training: Participants received training from SIS.

With the assistance of two individuals from Sweden, Mr. Janne Nordstedt and Mrs. Sandra Dahlen, NOSKK initiated a project focusing on adolescent youth and mothers' reproductive health. The primary objective was to promote menstrual hygiene by advocating for the use of sanitary pads. Approximately 1500 girls and 500 mothers from five blocks were enrolled in this project, fostering a comprehensive shift in the mindset of women. Specifically targeting girls aged 10 to 18 and young mothers aged 19 to 30, NOSKK covered a substantial area in Howrah, encompassing five blocks: Sankarail, Panchla, Domjur, Uluberia-1, and Uluberia-2 Municipality.
To ensure the success of this initiative, NOSKK conducted discussion meetings focusing on personal hygiene, the challenges and consequences of early marriages and pregnancies. Additionally, the organization facilitated discussions on nutrition, sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS, gender equality, and anti-trafficking movements.

NOSKK focused on non-traditional training initiatives aimed at challenging societal stereotypes. As part of the Livelihood Project, 36 women received training for Toto or E-Rickshaw driving. NOSKK conducts various other non-traditional training programs, including Security Guard Training and Petrol Pump Attendant Training. The organization established partnerships with entities such as SIS (Security and Intelligent Service) and NIS (National Investigation and Security). In line with NOSKK's objective, E-Unite conducted a 5-day training session for adolescent girls and women within the community. NOSKK also fostered positive relationships with local petrol pump owners or their representatives, as well as local Members of Parliament (MP) and Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) to address placement issues.

Through Helgo, an NGO based in Howrah, Tikiapara, NOSKK established a successful connection with a German organization that sends young individuals abroad for a year-long voluntary service.
The organization, known as "Freunde der Erziehungskunst Rudolf Steiners" (English: Friends of Waldorf Education Rudolf Steiners), typically dispatches volunteers to Waldorf-based organizations and schools. However, since 2016, the German organization has extended its support to NGOs beyond those associated with Waldorf education.

NOSKK is dedicated to supporting the education of children and adolescents, particularly those facing challenges in government schools due to impoverished or dysfunctional family backgrounds. In 2019, Taleem-Ki-Taqat was initiated to address this gap by providing an educational program tailored for first-generation learners.
Approximately 90 students aged between 5 and 16 attend the classes, where they receive instruction not only in traditional subjects like spelling, handwriting, and reading but also in fostering creativity and innovative thinking. The curriculum includes diverse activities such as drawing, dancing, singing, and sports. Additionally, it emphasizes essential life skills such as hygiene, study habits, pollution control, and waste management. The German volunteers also offer English lessons and help in cultivating international awareness among the students.

The program aims to unite multiple stakeholders including NGOs, funders, and industries to ensure the safety, security, and mobility of migrant workers and their families. Over the coming years, the program will focus on several key initiatives:
• Facilitating the delivery of social security entitlements
• Ensuring worker protection
• Enhancing financial initiatives for migrants
• Promoting responsible recruitment practices by industries
• Preventing the trafficking of young people and safeguarding child rights
• Advocacy with stakeholders at the Panchayet, Block, and District levels
The ultimate goal of the program is to create resilient migrant communities. By establishing a robust support system, the program aims to empower migrant workers and their families, equipping them with the necessary tools and capabilities to navigate and overcome challenging situations they might encounter.

NOSKK is the implementing partner of Save the Children, one of the biggest child protection organizations in the world.
The primary objective of this project is to ensure the well-being of children dwelling in street environments. The goal is to establish a conducive environment for all children residing in street situations in India, thereby bolstering their access to fundamental rights including survival, development, participation, and protection, ultimately unleashing their boundless potential.

The Tuberculosis Health Action Learning Initiative (THALI), led by World Health Partners (WHP) in collaboration with partners such as Child in Need Institute (CINI), John Snow India (JSI), and Global Health Strategies (GHS), is dedicated to enhancing TB control efforts in West Bengal. This initiative aims to involve and connect private qualified healthcare providers, pharmacies, and diagnostic facilities through a technology-driven reporting platform. The goal is to establish an inclusive service delivery model that ensures appropriate TB diagnosis and treatment.
Recognizing the importance of collaboration, communication, and engagement with local civil society organizations and NGOs across targeted areas, the consortium seeks to actively search for TB cases, raise community awareness, and maintain sustainable TB care and prevention efforts.

The Nari-O-Sishu Kalyan Kendra has established an entity dedicated to women Zari artisans. The organization plays a crucial role in empowering and aiding rural women engaged in Zari craftsmanship, aiming to make them self-reliant. This support involves nurturing the artisans and facilitating the creation of self-managed groups to promote their empowerment.
It has actively assisted in establishing an institution that is entirely owned and operated by women. This institution takes the form of a producer company named Bunan Hasta Kala Producer Company Ltd.
