    Sishu Shiksha Niketan's initiatives are tailored to boost learning levels in schools and communities, extend education to every school-going child or those facing barriers to traditional schooling, and equip youth with comprehensive job-oriented training.

  • Women empowerment

    Sishu Shiksha Niketan conducts Nursing Training Programs to empower women, alleviating social exclusion and facilitating employment. The complimentary basic Sewing courses empower underprivileged women in Suri, enabling home-based or external work. The organisation also trains aspiring beauticians, makeup artists, hair stylists, skincare experts, manicurists, and massage therapists. It takes diverse measures to enhance vocational training sustainability, with a central emphasis on fostering women's and children's self-reliance. The focus is on human development, providing experiential learning and vocational training for the marginalized communities to empower and uplift them.
