Conducts antitrafficking programmes. The Sundarban Social Development Centre (SSDC) has established community-based protection mechanisms through the establishment of Child Protection Groups (CPGs) and Child Protection Committees (CPCs). Community members have received training on current issues about child abuse, child labour, child trafficking, and children who are denied their human rights. These concerns inform the organization of programs. It is only by collective community protection that these social evils may be avoided and eradicated. With a vigorous campaign against trafficking, Children's Groups, Child Protection Committees, local government, and school authorities are seriously considering raising public awareness of this issue.

Works to ensure that the children are raised with their rights and are provided care, food, shelter and clothing, health, water etc. with dignity.
