Mahavir International is a unique social service organisation because of its origins in Indian culture and spiritual history. Since it provides unselfish assistance to people in need and those from the weaker and underprivileged segments of society, its doors are open to everyone, regardless of religion, caste and creed, social rank, geography, or language. Our goal is to create an atmosphere where women can freely choose how to better themselves and also shine as equals in society.

Women must be treated as equals to the point that a woman reaching the pinnacle of her profession should be considered a normal occurrence that just raises a cocked eyebrow at the sex. This is only possible if a channelised course for women's empowerment is in place.
The mindset of the country's general populace needs to drastically shift if we are to truly understand what women are bolstering. Men as well as women themselves must awaken to a reality that is shifting towards worth and correspondence.

Assessing which talents are essential for your desired professional development is the first step in improving your abilities and increasing your capabilities. To identify the skills that will help you progress in your career, consult with your administrator or supervisor as well as other career resources. Following the 70-20-10 run on the show, your progress should look like this: After you've identified the skills you need to develop, at-work exercises and active learning should account for 70% of your progress.

Improvement experiences such as managing a project, participating in a cross-utilitarian team, facing another assignment, work shadowing, work pivot, and so on can be included in this. Collaborations with others should account for 20% of your progress. This includes having a mentor, tutoring, training, participating in work groups, serving as a pioneer in a staff association, and so on. Ten per cent of your progress should come from preparation, which includes workshops, classes, online courses, podcasts, meetings, and so forth. Reach your professional goals; the next step is to decide how you will develop your skills and abilities.
