Narayan Seva works to offer medical aid, physical rehabilitation, social and economic rehabilitation, corrective surgeries, and other aid for free to Read morethe underprivileged, with a focus on the disabled. It runs ten hospitals for polio patients and an international hospital for the treatment of the disabled. In order to assist in physical rehabilitation, the organization's Calipers Workshop manufactures calipers, or metal braces that are fastened to the legs of people who have difficulty in walking. These calipers are provided to patients for free. The organization works to help differently-abled become economically independent. It provides training in computer hardware, mobile repairing, sewing, mehendi designing, and incense stick making for free. The organization also provides tools and other raw material required, such as sewing machines to women who undergo sewing training. In addition, it conducts various campaigns to help promote de-addiction, prohibition of liquor, and giving up smoking cigarettes, bidis, and hukka. In addition, it holds blood donation camps, aids and appliances distribution camps, and pulse polio campaigns. The organization also has a Mobile Medical Van to provide medical facilities to the poor, which is equipped with modernized medical equipments and other facilities that are needed during the treatment of the patients specifically at the time of emergency. In addition to health camps, the organization holds service camps where it distributes food grains, medicines, clothes, sweaters, stationery items, and basic utility items to poor tribals for free. It also holds environmental awareness camps, and relief camps in the occasion of natural disasters. Its Bhagwan Mahaveer Nerakshrit Balgrah is an orphanage which provides accommodation, clothing, education, stationery, and other basic amenities to its children. Its Residential School is dedicated for mentally retarded, deaf and dumb, and visually impaired children. Its trained teachers help teach basic daily skills to these specially-abled children .
