Samajik Yuva Sangathan Sansthan (Social Youth Forum) is an organization founded to empower and unite the youth of Rajasthan. Registered in 2005, their Read more core values include combating social issues such as superstition, communalism, casteism, regionalism and religious fundamentalism, etc. Their mission is to involve young people in sustainable development and address issues related to youth, women, gender equality, child development, health and environment. They employ a peer-to-peer education model to engage and support youth in remote areas, while also collaborating with various institutions and stakeholders to promote effective youth engagement strategies and influence policy debates.

LEAD (Life Skills Education for Adolescent Development) (2018-2020)
YSS and BOSCH CSR collaborated to implement the Life Skill Education for Adolescents Development (LEAD) project, benefiting 5500 students in 27 Government schools across 10 Gram Panchayats in Bassi & Sanganer Blocks of Jaipur District. A team of experts was assigned to each school, identifying suitable activities aligned with school practices and academic curriculum. The activities included exercises, group games, interactive sessions, and beyond classroom approaches, aiming to instil a sense of contribution in each child. Competitions were organized at different levels for a competitive environment and to assess the impact of life skills education. Talent development activities, Summer Camps, and Skill Enhancing programs were also conducted to identify and nurture students' inner skills.

KHEL KHILADI (2018-2020)
BOSCH supported the cause of promoting sports as an integral part of the education system in India, recognizing the need for attitudinal transformation and mindset change at all levels. SYSS implemented the program, starting with schools as the primary focus. A survey of schools was conducted, followed by meetings with Principals and PE teachers to secure permissions. Detailed session plans were created, and students were selected for specific sports and mentored for competitions. The implementation emphasized imparting life skills, team effort and sportsmanship. It involved various activities like team building exercises, group games, interactive sessions beyond classroom approaches.

POP (Poorest Of the Poor) (2019-2020)
This targeted programme by BOSCH CSR, supported building of livelihoods and assets for the Poorest of the Poor (PoP) in villages of Bassi & Sanganer Blocks in Jaipur District. The program aimed to make a positive impact on the lives of this often neglected section of society. Samajik Yuva Sangthan Sansthan (SYSS) was responsible for the on-ground implementation of the project. A total of 102 families were provided support based on their immediate needs and requirements, identified during a baseline survey of the area.
