Is an education initiative of Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL) started in 2008 to provide quality education to underserved rural children. It partnered with Vidya Bhawan Society (VBS) in 2016, creating a rare partnership between a corporate, non-government trust, public society, and the Rajasthan Government. Shiksha Sambal is active in 66 schools in 5 districts of Rajasthan.

Is a group of schools offering integrated education from nursery to senior secondary levels. It provides facilities such as labs, computer rooms, and gymnasiums, and focuses on creating a tension-free learning environment where children can involve in co-curricular and adventure activities. The schools encourage students to think about social, economic, cultural, and environmental concerns and aim to bring about positive changes in society.

VBS operates three educational institutions. The Vidya Bhawan Gandhian Institute of Educational Studies focuses on Gandhian ideas in its BEd and diploma courses. The Vidya Bhawan Govindram Seksaria Teacher College offers degree and diploma courses in education and early childhood education and later upgraded to an Institute of Advanced Studies in Education. Vidya Bhawan Rural Institute trains rural leaders in social issues.

Vidya Bhawan Krishi Vigyan Kendra offers agriculture training with subject matter experts, and facilities such as a demo farm, nursery, vermicompost, and training halls. Established through an understanding between VBS and ICAR, it seeks to promote sustainable tech at the village level and achieve agriculture technology refinement. The centre trains farmers, rural youth, and extension personnel while executing national programmes.

VBERC is a national resource centre for school education. It has linkages with various institutions including MHRD, NCERT, and international organisations. It organises conferences, workshops, and seminars to encourage discussion on education. The centre develops materials, writes textbooks, and provides training and capacity building. It facilitates sharing of academic ideas and experiences within and outside Vidya Bhawan institutions.
